General

When will the stock be replenished?
We regularly replenish our stock. We do depend on our suppliers. Would you like to order something but it is sold out? Let us know and send an email to info@mippe.nl .

Can my order be wrapped as a gift?
Yes you can, you can indicate this in the comments field at the bottom left of the shopping cart page.

I want to cancel my order, is that still possible?
Often it is still possible, unless the order has already been processed. Send us one email with the order number and we will do our best to cancel the order. If this is not possible, you can return the items as soon as you receive them. Click here for more information about returns and the conditions.

I have entered the wrong address, can I still change it?
This is possible as long as we have not yet processed the order. Send us one mail with the correct information, we will do our best to change it in time.

Pay

Can I pay with iDeal?
Yes, that's possible.

Do you accept VVV gift vouchers?
We do not accept VVV gift vouchers.

What payment options are there?
We accept iDeal, Sofort, Bancontact and various credit cards

Can I pay afterwards?
This is not possible on this site, but you can pay with Klarna on our other site www.mippe.nl.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, the prices include VAT.

What are the shipping costs?
For shipping in the Netherlands, free shipping applies to orders from € 50! Below € 50, - we charge € 5.95.

Do you also ship to other countries?
Yes, the shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are € 9.95 from € 85, - free shipping applies. For the rest of the EU, the shipping costs are € 19.95. The shipping costs outside the EU are € 29.95.

Can I also pick up my order?
In consultation and by appointment, an order can be picked up in Zoetermeer. Choose the option 'pick up' when sending.

How fast do you ship?
On working days, if you ordered before 4:00 PM, we will ship it within 1-3 working days (if in stock).

Which carrier do you use?
We ship with PostNL/MyParcel. You will receive a Track & Trace code so that you can follow the package.

Can I also have my purchase sent to a different address as a gift?
Yes, that's possible. In the shipping address, choose the address where the gift should be sent. Choose the possible 'other billing address' to note your own details.

Good to know?
We try to use as much sustainable packaging material as possible and use as little plastic as possible when sending the items. If we do use plastic, it is recycled.

Return

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Mippe with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mippe.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How can I register a return?
If you make use of your right of withdrawal as described above, register your return by emailing us (within 14 days of receipt of the item). You can send an email to info@mippe.nl stating the order number or use this form . You will then receive the return information by email.

What are the conditions of the return?

  • Items must (if reasonably possible) be returned in their original condition and packaging. We may charge costs for any reduction in value that arises.
  • Returns must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.


Can I exchange an item?
Exchange is possible in consultation. For this you can contact us by sending an email to info@mippe.nl . You do pay the costs of returning the item yourself.

Can a return be picked up?
We do not pick up items, you could inquire with the carrier.

When will the amount be refunded?
We aim to process the return within 3 working days after receipt and will refund the amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. T he amount will be refunded to the account used for payment.

Can I return the item to you myself?
That is possible in consultation. For this you can contact us by sending an email to info@mippe.nl . Of course you must adhere to the conditions of the return.
